Telephone conversation between the foreign ministers of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Italy (9 Nov. 2022)
During the phone call between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of our country, Dr. Amir Abdullahian, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of republic of Italy, Antonio Taiani, the latest developments in bilateral, international and regional relations were discussed.
Dr. Amir Abdullahian congratulated the appointment of Mr. Taiani as the foreign minister of Italy and expressed hope for the expansion of political, economic and cultural relations between the two countries.

He also emphasized the importance of the role of the Islamic Republic of Iran in promoting peace and stability in the West Asian region.
Tajani said that Italy will make every effort to reach an agreement that will satisfy the interests of all parties.
